Deleting articles

edit

You must be a administrator to delete pages. However, if you want to delete a page you created, and nobody else has contributed, you are allowed to put {{db-author}} on it, which will alert an administrator to delete it. -Amarkov blahedits 01:06, 19 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Sir Honker

Hey, what's up? Any exciting things happening over at Holmes? I hear you and Luke have become really close, that's good! Are you still considering doing split-site independent study?

I'll see you at Jacob's bar mitzvah, or as Ben calls it, "his Jewish thing".

Proposed deletion of Great Plains Distinguished Book Prize

edit

The article Great Plains Distinguished Book Prize has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Appears to fail GNG, a sentence at the University's article should suffice.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
