Orphaned non-free media (Image:Helicopter in Saints Row 2.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Helicopter in Saints Row 2.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:19, 20 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Brotherhood.gif

edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Brotherhood.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Project FMF (talk) 16:58, 24 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of RollerCoaster Tycoon 4

edit

A tag has been placed on RollerCoaster Tycoon 4 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. gsk - talk - 21:59, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Cattle, you will be blocked from editing. Western Pines (talk) 01:45, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is the final warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory or otherwise controversial content into an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did to Cattle, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Woogee (talk) 01:46, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of one week as a result of your disruptive edits to Cattle. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. - Jmabel | Talk 01:59, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

"for a period of Cattle as a result of your disruptive edits to one week." Learn to structure sentences, fool! Tentimesone (talk) 02:01, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

That's a personal attack, you know...NEKAMI!!! (Talk to her) 02:04, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Yes. I entered parameters in the wrong order to a template that unfortunately uses positional values rather than argument names. Now fixed. Calling me a "fool" for making a typo in a template doesn't help your case any for getting unblocked. - Jmabel | Talk 02:09, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is an account that I haven't really used for two years now. I really don't care if you block me. Go ahead, block me forever. Tentimesone (talk) 22:55, 3 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I was only trying to keep Wikipedia as up-to-date as possible. The source I used clearly stated that Kanye West had just died. Tentimesone (talk) 11:22, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

You edited an article to falsely state that a living person had dies, giving a link to a shock image website as a source. The block is correct.  Sandstein  11:43, 6 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
