Hawaii Superferry

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Hawaii Superferry appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. Viriditas (talk) 23:41, 28 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

If you don't respond to this problem, your changes may be reverted. See Talk:Hawaii Superferry#NPOV tag for more information. You cannot simply remove all criticism from an article and present a single view of the topic. That is against our core policies. So, you may continue to edit the article, but you may be wasting your time as many of your edits will be changed back to the previous version if you don't engage in discussion on the talk page. Viriditas (talk) 23:59, 28 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
You're still editing without addressing the issue of NPOV. Again, if you don't address these issues, your changes may be reverted to the previous version. Please explain these deletions in the context of our NPOV policy. Viriditas (talk) 00:22, 29 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did to Hawaiian Superferry, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. In addition, your contributions indicate that you are a single-purpose account created for the purposes of editing this article. Please note that using multiple accounts to engage in tendentious editing is a violation of Wikipedia's policy on the use of multiple accounts and that continued behavior of this type will result in blocks jonny-mt 02:33, 29 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thankyou. I appreciate the comments and understand what you are implying, however please describe how this article is biased. Every line has been referenced including those posted by others long ago but never referenced. I have added detail such as additional items being protested, and updated it as it was without current status. This is not a single purpose account and I have no other accounts. As I said on the discussion page for the article, much of the information you removed was critical of the superferry and was sourced, not unsourced. I'm reviewing your latest edits. Viriditas (talk) 08:11, 29 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
Ok, I see the source of some of your confusion. In this comparison, you removed unsourced information from the lead that summarized the article. You might not be aware of WP:LEAD. Generally, sources aren't used in the lead section, as it is supposed to simply summarize referenced parts of the article. Viriditas (talk) 08:15, 29 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
