New Modesty Blaise story list

Hi. Thanks for your efforts on adding the new story list to Modesty Blaise. Unfortunately as I indicate on Talk:Modesty Blaise, the format of the list is almost identical to that used in the two Manuscript Press editions and could be considered a copyright violation.
