Speedy deletion nomination of Asher's Energy-Mass Relation

- As reviewing administrator, I have declined the speedy deletion nomination, because the article is about a theory, not a person; but I regret that it is still not suitable for Wikipedia, and I have proposed it for deletion - formal notice below. The reason is that, as an encyclopedia, Wikipedia is not a place to publish new theories, or anything new: the role of an encyclopedia is to summarise material which has already been published and discussed in reliable sources. One of Wikipedia's key content policies is Wikipedia:No original research which includes: "If no reliable third-party sources can be found on a topic, Wikipedia should not have an article about it. If you discover something new, Wikipedia is not the place to premiere such a discovery." In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
