Finasteride queries

edit

Do you have a conflict of interest with regard to Finasteride? And have you edited Wikipedia other than with this "Sugarhouse90" account? Alexbrn (talk) 14:32, 28 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

I have persistent adverse effects after use and cessation of the drug. My COI is therefore not financial and I am not involved in any legal proceedings. I am deeply interested in the condition and Wikipedia is a necessary source of information for which I have cited accurately. Everything submitted has been very clearly referenced in line with Wikipedia's guidelines. I have also not edited under any other name. I am happy to discuss specific questions. Thank you for those responses. You really should not be editing articles with which you have a WP:COI, and particularly not fighting to restore your favoured version. Please make any suggestions of article Talk pages or at WT:MED. Alexbrn (talk) 13:11, 29 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Hi Sugarhouse, in light of this tweet, you should refrain from editing the article and confine yourself to the talk page. SarahSV (talk) 17:08, 29 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Hi SlimVirgin, the tweet was not by me and I have addressed this in WT:Med and Talk:Post-finasteride syndrome. I am disappointed by how this been approached, but I will abide by your request. Sugarhouse90 (talk) 10:30, 30 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
I have also asked that the tweet be taken down. Sugarhouse90 (talk) 10:35, 30 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
