Hi Stevenliuyi, somehow I tried to write you the following on Chinese Wikipedia, but I kept recieving the message that I didn't succeed to do so.

The IP address I am currently using is blocked because it is an open proxy. However, sometimes I have to use open proxy to bypass the Great Firewall (internet censorship of Chinese government) since I live in China. So I am applying for Wikipedia:IP block exemption.
