Achalasia

edit

When I recently updated achalasia I added references to all the content that I had updated. With your copyedit, the referencing is rather chaotic - the code for the Spiess reference is somewhere at the end of the article. Certain other sections that were previously cited now have no reference - surely that cannot have been your intention.

I also deliberately turned the bullet point section in "signs and symptoms" into prose, as demanded by the manual of style. Could you clarify why a bullet point list is needed?

You removed mention of Chagas disease from the "biopsy" subsection, and the Dor procedure from the "surgery" section. Why?

I will not revert your edit because I agree with most wording changes, but could you please address the points above? JFW | T@lk 17:42, 18 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

I remember that we resolved these issues; I don't know where that discussion appears. Thanks for cleaning up the references. I have responded on the Achalasia talk page to your comment about references for complications. Sssuuuzzzaaannn (talk) 02:18, 8 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your continued attention to that article. Could I ask you to provide edit summaries when you make changes, so it is easier for other contributors to see what kind of modifications you have made. JFW | T@lk 09:36, 10 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
