Images taken from Getty

edit

You have deleted and ignored the image upload warnings you have been given. Do not remove these. I am going to delete these images as you have taken them from Getty without attaining licensing rights. This is stealing. Adding them to Wikipedia makes us liable. Please read the licensing rules regarding images before you upload any more.—WAvegetarian(talk) 18:45, 5 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Your images

edit

I have reason to believe that all of the images you uploaded are copyright violations and that you didn't actually take any of them yourself. To save me the hassle of finding where they came from, please list below here any images you don't have proper permission for. Continued copyright violation will lead to your being blocked.—WAvegetarian(talk) 19:00, 5 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello.

edit

I'm the one who added some pictures and all on 'Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti' , actually hes my father. Some of those pictures I found online and some he sent me himself. You can checkout my album:

http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/shahzwar555/my_photos (The first and secondlast albums)

As for the gettyimages, I doubt they'd mind since I'm not using anyone elses pictures, I'm using Akbar Bugti's own pictures on his wikipedia link and pictures related to the whole situation. Also, the photographer who took the pictures a few months back Mr. John Moore is very hard to get hold of but I know they will not mind the pictures being put on wikipedia specially when its all directly related to my father Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti.

Please, consider your decision, I'd truly appreciate it. Yours gratefully,

               Shahzwar.

hello shahzwar

my names tariq nawab khan could you please send me or upload it somewhere, some of nawab akbar khan bugtis early life pictures like the one in which he is shaking hand with qaidazam. my email is nawabm2k@hotmail.com

User:Angr added this tag to the images in your article with this edit. Please do not remove the tags until discussion has occurred as described on the page the tag links to. You have already put a license on the description page for the images. It is inappropriatae to add the license tag into the article. You can follow the comment link on the tags to get to the discussion board where disputed images are listed. Please read the top section to get a sense of what the page is for and browse through some of the discussion going on before commenting. You will find your images listed under August 3.—WAvegetarian(talk) 01:58, 9 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Bugti

edit

Hello Spinster. I noticed that you reverted the Nawab Akbar Bugti article to a much earlier version. I personally worked very hard to clean-up and fix the article, so if you have a specific problem with the text, please don't revert, but bring up your problems on the talk page. Thanks. —Khoikhoi 21:12, 27 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please, do not remove NPOV tags, as this IP address (who may or may not be you, if it's not, I sincerely apologize) did from Nawab Akbar Bugti. It's the Wikipedia equivalent of stealing zakat money from a masjid. Lockesdonkey 22:56, 28 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Pl don't rebel

edit

I also have regrets for this balant and violent killing of Nawab shab, but i think people have to lay their lifes to set example for the living,so don't oppose the army, on the press at least if it's commanded by a wrong person you have to force him to leave not by using arms but your political force.

the two man of History should remain on one agenda.

File permission problem with File:Top02.jpg

edit

File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Top02.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MBisanz talk 06:52, 17 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion nomination of Salal Bugti

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Salal Bugti requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
