Speedy deletion nomination of Vaibhav Kala

A tag has been placed on Vaibhav Kala, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. You must use inline references; it's especially important for a biography. Some help on that follows.

Also, articles must be neutral. Phrases such as, One of the most experienced river and mountain guides in the country, has lead many trips on some of the toughest challenges in the Indian Himalayas. Vaibhav has run all major Himalayan rivers and is responsible for opening up new areas to adventure tourism. A keen climber, (note the bolded words) make it sound promotional.

It needs inline references, and it needs editing to remove the opinion - stick to facts.  Chzz  ►  14:31, 22 July 2011 (UTC)

How references work

Simple references

These require two parts;

a)

Chzz is 98 years old.<ref> "The book of Chzz", Aardvark Books, 2009. </ref>

b) A section called "References" with the special code "{{reflist}}";

(an existing article is likely to already have one of these sections)

Citation templates

You can put anything you like between <ref> and </ref>, but using citation templates makes for a neat, consistent look;

Thank you for uploading File:201.JPG. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
