CSD A7 clarification

I've also declined a speedy deletion request on Nagui Fam. The article makes quite a few very clear assertions of notability, including that the subject is a very well-known TV personality. Note that to avoid A7 speedy deletion, a reasonably credible assertion of importance or significance of the article subject need only be made in the article. It doesn't mean the subject is notable, but if the article says anything hinting that it might be, it's not something that should be handled by the speedy deletion process. If you search for sources and find nothing or next to nothing, you may want to address the issue through the proposed deletion or articles for deletion process, intended for articles which may need to be deleted but do not meet a speedy criterion.
