World News (WN) Network

edit

Hi Skv28. Thanks for the edits. I've cleaned the article up a bit more, removing more unreferenced and dubious claims. It's still not clear that the website is notable, as I don't think any of the sources provides qualify as "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject" as required by WP:GNG. If you can find some articles (in other news sources) writing about WN.com, that would be very useful. Pburka (talk) 02:19, 8 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi Skv28. Regarding the links you found:

Hi Skv28. Regarding the mobile links. What you've found is primary source evidence that the service exists (that is, they were both published by the subject of the article). Primary sources can be used with great caution, but it's much preferable to find secondary sources. When I consider the information the sources support, I ask myself how valuable the information is. In this case, it seems more like advertising than something which an encyclopedia ought to cover. If you want to include information about the mobile version it would be much better to find a review of the mobile app in an independent reliable source. For example, if the New York Times Bits Blog reviewed it, that would be a very good source and we could include a WP:NPOV overview of the site based on its praise and criticism. Hi Skv28, I see that you made an article for World News (WN) Network, which I've edited to include 3 tags. Please bring any of your concerns to the discussion page of the article, so that everything can be consolidated. Sans Nom Reeves (talk) 16:39, 26 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Adriano Zumbo

edit

Hi Skv28. When you click on Adriano Zumbo, you end up at Zumbo (TV series), but if you look closely, under the title, it says: (Redirected from Adriano Zumbo). If you click on that link, you'll end up at the redirect page itself and you can just edit it. Let me know if you have any more questions. Pburka (talk) 12:34, 1 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
