I've taken your draft article and moved it over to User:Sinethemba Dywili/Draft. The article you posted doesn't describe someone who meets our criteria for notability. Additionally, because it is a Biography of a Living Person, there are additional requirements for reliable sources that this draft doesn't yet meet. IF you can show that the subject is notable, and can find sources to show that notability, then the article might work - and at that point, feel free to ask for a review by clicking the link at the top of the draft.
