San Bruno Mountain
editHello Brianda!
I'm glad you, Wiki-Ed, and Stanford are all using this article. I've lived against the mountain since 1980, and have intermittently worked on establishing/expanding references and organizing text for more than four years.
The "Hermits" section you added seemed to me to [1] need a few additional references (I added one), [2] have some of the verbiage re-written from that neutral POV, and [3] moved into chronological order after the Westbay and Terrabay sections. You may disagree with that last, but since you primarily build your story around the Caballero/Serdahely residence in the 90's and the Terrabay section commences earlier in the 80s, I chose to do what I did.
I also left your statement about homeless "seeking refuge". I agree with that thought, but have not found a reliable citation - I tagged it and have left it for you and the students.
Finally, there have been folks living on the mountain on and off since the 1930s, according to long-time residents (many now gone, alas!). If you want a research topic, I suggest a search of local news-outlets and possibly police records.
I'm primarily involved these days in porting several articles to non-English Wikipedias, so this is just a "hit & run"! Keep up your fine work! Ethnic laundry (talk) 16:19, 14 December 2023 (UTC)
