Orphaned fair use image (Image:Weaponprime finalteam.jpg)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Weaponprime finalteam.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. NowCommons: File:20011020 l46 band 1.jpg

edit

File:20011020 l46 band 1.jpg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:The Catheters.jpg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:The Catheters.jpg]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 00:04, 7 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Non-free rationale for File:WeaponPrime originalteam.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:WeaponPrime originalteam.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Blocked

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action, as you did at User talk:Reywas92. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia while the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved.  Dpmuk (talk) 21:07, 18 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I am very sorry. I made these threats while I was psychotic. I have bipolar disorder, and was unmedicated for quite a while before finally getting into the hospital. I am prepared for a full apology to any/all people I have harassed, and caused trouble for. I will understand if you continue to block me. That's ok. I do not want to hound anyone or get in people's way of fair truth. At least, not anymore, not now that I am well-medicated and can see the extreme error and problem of my ways when I was psychotic. I am very sorry, please consider unblocking my account. Thank you. ----

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Sidspencer - I'm willing to unblock you, if you would please read WP:No Legal Threats, and indicate here that you understand this core policy, as well as explicitly rescinding the threats you'd made here. SQLQuery me! 02:06, 5 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • As far as I am concerned, the message in your unblock request amounts to rescinding the threats you made, so if that were the only issue I would be willing to unblock you immediately, though it will be better still if you respond to SQL's invitation to explicitly state that you rescind the threats. However, I am also concerned about the edits which led up to those threats. You repeatedly posted your own commentary and opinion about a person in an article. Can you undertake not to do that again? If you can, I will be willing to consider unblocking. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 13:12, 6 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
