Dear Sgriffth: I left a comment on the page of the article, but perhaps you didn't see it. Your article is quite interesting and should be in the Wikipedia. However, it's not ready to be included yet because it is missing something important. All Wikipedia articles must have references to reliable sources. This is for two reasons. First, Wikipedia only includes articles about topics that are discussed in written sources such as books, magazines, news articles, etc. You have to show that this is true by "citing" some of these sources. If the organization isn't written about anywhere except its own web site, blog, etc., then it shouldn't be in an encyclopedia.

Secondly, there are facts in the article, and you have to show that these are true facts by citing sources as well. You can use the organization's web site only for very obvious things like the name, where it is, and things like that. For the rest you need independent verification.

If you are taking classes, you are probably aware of references, because instructors insist that essays have a bibliography or reference section. This is the same idea.

I hope this helps, and I hope that you add the references and submit the article again.

Unfortunately the draft was a copyright violation of the organization's website; almost all content was copied verbatim. I've thus tagged it for speedy deletion. Huon (talk) 20:19, 30 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
