I'm concerned that at points this comes across as more of an essay or original research based on the sources rather than a summary of what is stated in the source material. Also make sure that you avoid writing in a persuasive tone, trying to persuade the reader to see things in a specific light or putting extra emphasis on particular parts.
The sourcing looks to be ok, however I would recommend avoiding primary sources like studies unless you have secondary, independent sources that review the material. The reason for this is that the study is a primary source for the research and claims held in the study and was written by the person(s) involved with the creation of this information. In order to use it we need secondary sources like literature reviews, books, or articles that cover the study, as this will help verify the study and review the material, typically in context of the larger picture. Something else to take into consideration with studies is that they usually only cover a very small portion of a topic area, in this case immigrants. What may be true for the group of people who participated in the study may not be true for people in other areas. For example, immigrants in New York may respond differently than immigrants in California. Even immigrants from the same area may respond differently depending on a number of factors. However in the case of the study you used, the researchers used a model based on numbers and statistics instead of people. This information may correspond with how things occur with living people, but then they may not - it's really dependent on the persons and in the end, a study is only accurate when it comes to itself. This is why secondary sources are so important, as they can help show how the study relates to the wider picture.

I have moved your work back to the draft space as it is not ready to be an article in the encyclopedia. As the comment above says, it is written more like an essay than an encyclopaedia entry. When you think it is written neutrally and all content is verifiable by reference to reliable sources, you should use the articles for creation process to submit it for review rather than moving it into the main space of the encyclopedia yourself.
