Pirani Ameena Begum edit

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Pirani Ameena Begum, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Pirani Ameena Begum. Dear Sergey, thank you for the dictionary definitions of "notability". Unfortunately, notability has its own, special meaning onWikipedia. I suggest you read the policy article on notability. I see that you have added some references to the article, but they still don't seem to establish notability of Pirani Ameena Begum, only (perhaps) of her husband and daughter. By the way, this discussion should better be placed at the AfD page and I will copy your comments and my reply there. --Crusio (talk) 10:52, 2 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Your message on my talk page edit

Dear Sergey, Thank you for the lecture on Orthodox theology that you left on my talk page. However, insinuating somebody is a sinner is serious harassment. I would appreciate if you could refrain from leaving such messages in the future. --Crusio (talk) 22:49, 23 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

I have sent you a note about a page you started edit

Hello, Sergey Moskalev

Thank you for creating Arthur Henry Bleeck.

User:Blythwood, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:

Thanks for this article! Looks like a very notable subject for an article and all I needed to do was change a few things. I've moved the article: on the English-language Wikipedia it's standard for articles to be titled by first name then surname: there's a template called DEFAULTSORT so they appear in surname order in categories. So I've added it moved the article. Taking the text from the DNB is completely fine to fill out the entry, but so people understand where the text came from I've added a template which adds a message explaining this (these exist for a lot of common out-of-copyright reference works). As one of his books has been digitised I've linked to it on the Internet Archive. And added a few categories. Hope this all makes sense!

To reply, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Blythwood}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ .

Re: Maheboob Khan edit

Regarding your query about adding to this article, content added to the article should be followed by citations. You should take some time to read Wikipedia:Citing sources and WP:RS as insufficiently referenced material can be removed. If you are adding quotations, there should be no more of those than necessary - see Wikipedia:Quotations and WP:NOFULLTEXT for further explanations. Hope this information is of assistance.
