  1. If there is any possible outside source, any news article, or somethign like the Lilly funding report, we should use it.
  2. How will the project improve the water quality?
  3. When was the project started? Is there an expected date by which it will be finished?

  1. The overall formamtting is pretty good.
  2. The citation link is properly placed. See Wikipedia:Citing sources, particualrly the "Citation templates" and "footnotes" sections, and see Wikipedia:Footnotes for more detail.
  3. Wiki-links should be added where they seem reasoanble, by putting double square brackets around terms that have or might have articles. "White River" should probably be wiki linked, as should "Lake Sullivan". "Indianapolis" definately should be, as should "Hamilton County". Note that in the latter case we will use a piped link, liiking like this: [[Hamilton County, Indiana|Hamilton County]] which will display as Hamilton County.
  4. When cite web is used, most of the parameters are optional. Any not needed in a particualr case should be simply deleted.
