I can see you're adding content related to Knowledge economy as defined by the World Bank Institute. You need to add references to the content you add, such as links to the pages where the WBI defines concepts such as Innovative System. This is required to satisfy the Verifiability content policy.

You'll also have to add an assertion of their notability to the Innovative System, David Mefford and Distributed Intelligence (Knowledge Technology) articles with references pointing to reliable sources, or those articles are likely to be deleted. Also, if you are in any way related to the World Bank Institute or David Mefford, you should disclose that relation because you'd be at risk of coming under a conflict of interest .

Formatting references

Please read the references tutorial and follow it when adding sources to the content you include. You can use this webpage to create correctly formatted references according to the Manual of style for citing sources. Also be careful not to include repeated links in the article text. Cheers! Again, be careful with the formatting of references you're including. Links to external sites should use only one bracket. [www.example.com/ description] will produce description, and double brackets [[http://www.example.com/ description]] produce the incorrect [description]. Only the first appearance of a term like Intelligent Agent should be linked, and the bold typeface is reserved to the definition of the term at the first sentence in the article; terms introduced in the article body should use italics (using only two quotes ''). Proposed deletion of several articles

Articles Distributed Intelligence (Knowledge Technology), David Mefford and Innovative System have been nominated for deletion because they lack reliable sources enough to establish their notability.

Status and Advice

I've removed the prod tags, for the concepts might be notable . But such jargon-laden articles as these are not really satisfactory. Please rewrite them in a more encyclopedic format, giving a wider range of references to show they are widely used concepts (quotations from the sources might be helpful) I advise you to fix the problem, and do this very quickly, before the article gets nominated for deletion by a regular deletion process.
