You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because you have been editing only for the purpose of using Wikipedia for advertising, and because your account represents a business, neither of which is allowed by Wikipedia policy. I also note what looks very much like an attempt to hide what you were doing amongst other irrelevant changes to an article; if that was indeed your intention, then clearly you were intentionally spamming, rather than in good faith doing things which you did not know were not considered acceptable.
