Hi, I reverted this edit made by your bot, it removed some headers from the talk page. Lars T. (talk) 17:42, 28 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

The bot deleted extensive information in the {{ArticleHistory}} header of Talk:Philitas of Cos when the bot inserte a {{WikiProject Egypt}} template. Can you please fix the bot to leave pages alone if they use {{ArticleHistory}}, or (better yet) to grok {{ArticleHistory}} and make changes like the one I made by hand instead? Thanks. [1] [2] [3] [4] Sambot shouldn't be doing talk page work until this is fixed. Gimmetrow 01:08, 29 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Apologies for these edits -- I will indeed not make any more talk page edits with the bot until I have figured out what caused these errors. [[Sam Korn]] (smoddy) 11:21, 30 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
OK, I have fixed the bug -- it was a stupid typo that led to all text above a {{WBS}} or suchlike to be deleted. :-/ It won't happen again. [[Sam Korn]] (smoddy) 13:20, 30 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Aram Khachaturian picture

edit

I'm a newbie, so I may be missing something; but it seems to me that the picture marked for deletion is clearly available at the G. Schirmer website for downloading: see http://www.schirmer.com/default.aspx?TabId=2419&State_2872=2&composerId_2872=2184 and on that page "Print Portrait". I imagine if Schirmer think it's alright to in effect make the image freely available it would be ok to repro in the Wikipedia article. Or am I wrong? Why is Frank Zappa's picture candidate for speedy deletion? --Ogggy (talk) 09:35, 19 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

That's not a question this bot can answer. An anonymous user tagged File:Frank Zappa tribute to Cass Elliot.jpg since it is missing source information; It doesn't say who took the image, or where you found it, so it's impossible to verify that it was released under CC-by-SA 3.0. For more detailed questions, you should go to Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, just as it says in the message on your talk page. This bot is only marking the images, so that people will notice and can try to fix the problems. Amalthea 10:26, 19 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

This speedy deletion nomination does not satisfy any of the wikipedia criteria for speedy deletion; if so do let me know. This pic. is of great significance to the Amb (princely state) page and belongs to my personal collection; and I have edited to mention this in file page. So kindly take back this speedy deletion nomination. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wikitanoli (talkcontribs) 15:17, 11 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I have left a message and the bot is still working and malfunctioning! Is there an emergency shut off button? -- Mattinbgn\talk 10:27, 19 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
I blocked the bot, and reverted all its edits of today. I'm assuming the way the bot gets its input failed. Amalthea 10:42, 19 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. I will let ANI know next time I confront a runaway bot. -- Mattinbgn\talk 11:07, 19 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
