As the result of a new page review, i've moved your article into draft space. The article is neatly arranged and has merit, but i feel that it's a case of WP:TOOSOON. Kishore Tirumala doesn't meet WP:GNG, having only passing mentions in most sources, particularly the Times of India ones cited in the article. The subject however is close to meeting WP:NDIRECTOR, IMHO; they're building up a body of work, and films they've had a significant role in such as 'Second Hand' and 'Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi' have been the subject of reviews by major Indian newspapers.
The article relies on only one source, the Times of India. You might find this interview in The Hindu to be useful. While mainly primary source quotes, there is some secondary analysis about the subject.
I notice that the film Red is upcoming. That film's release might result in critical reviews by major news sources and perhaps some significant content on Tirumala himself. If that happens please add that information into the draft article, and feel free to move it back into mainspace where it will be reviewed again. Another film that is the subject of reviews by major papers would probably be enough for Tirumala to meet notability criteria.

Hey mate, A new article of Kishore Tirumala created on 11 September 2020 is marked reviewed. I've copied the content of the table from your draft to it. As Zindor pointed out, enough reviews weren't displayed for Tirumala's works for him to pass WP:NDIRECTOR, which I added later.
