Hi Roupen074, there are different guides to adding sources but I find this one the easiest to follow. If you are reverted (edits removed) by another editor and don't understand why, either look at the article's history to see if they left an edit summary and/or go to their talk page and ask them for guidance (clicking the "talk" link by their signature will take you to their talk page).
