Hello. You have been blocked, no surprise, because of your block evasion. See Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Cool a123 and the policy WP:SOCK. You are correct. You could appeal my block by saying I was mistaken in thinking you are Cool a123, which I don't particularly recommend. Or, more likely, if you intend editing again you can appeal the block of Cool a123. This is a little more complicated, but here's what's involved:

• First, you should attempt to appeal from your original account. Talk page access has been revoked, but there are two ways around that. Either you can apply to WP:UTRS, or we can ping the blocking admin (User:Discospinster) and you can ask them nicely to allow talk page editing. I think a minimum requirement would be that you undertake to use the talk page only for appealing the block and not posting articles as you did before.
• Second, you will need to address the behaviour that got you blocked in the first place, and in fact any other problems with your editing. You should refer to your original block log, which states "continuing to create unreferenced articles and using user talk page for article drafts". Looking at your latest draft, Draft:2021_Pac-12_Conference_football_season, it seems unreferenced content continues to be a major issue.
• Finally, you'll need to address the use of multiple accounts. There's not much advice I can offer there other than to be honest; it is redeemable if you can demonstrate that you understand the relevant policies.
• You may wish to refer to WP:OFFER

Hello again. I believe I've adequately addressed this question both in my first reply, and the extensive reply which followed it. You may need to follow some of the links, and do a bit of reading. Basically, start with the block message you see when you try to edit any normal page, along with WP:APB and WP:GAB. You may also wish to read about how to ping a user at WP:PING, and a quick warning that if it's overused it's also a really easy way to annoy people and get your talk page access revoked again. -- zzuuzz ^(talk) 14:37, 7 March 2021 (UTC)

You can request a restoration of talk page access for your main account by either (in descending order of preference): pinging the blocking admin from here and asking nicely, whilst acknowledging the reason that talk page access was initially revoked (see above); or using UTRS (link above) and doing the same; or using this account to make the same request on-wiki by using the unblock template here. -- zzuuzz ^(talk) 22:41, 7 March 2021 (UTC)
