New Wrestling Star

Just a reminder, Rob. There are three stages to the deletion process. You only did the first two (an afd notice at New Wrestling Star and starting a discussion page at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/New Wrestling Star). However, you also need to do the third, which is adding it to the AFD log so that other people know about it. I've taken care of that for you. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 23:17, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

  • I tried to AFD this: [[1]], but I don't think it completely worked. What did I do wrong? I will hopefully understand the AFD process after this. RobJ1981 05:05, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
    • You got the last two templates reversed. The last of the templates, i.e. {{afd3}} goes on the log page. The second, afd2, goes on the discussion page linked to by the red link.—WAvegetarian(talk) 05:14, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Category help

I didn't know where to put this, so I'm doing it here. [[2]] From the looks of it, most of the categories were created today. The user simply is just making category after category for models. That's not how Wikipedia works in my opinion. The categories (from what I've seen), just have one thing in them, the model. RobJ1981 18:01, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

The category and its sub-categories have been proposed for deletion, here. You should put in your two cents there. —Centrxtalk • 18:05, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Return of the Green Goblin

I have speedy closed Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Return of the Green Goblin because you did not even edit the nomination page, much less offer a reason to delete. Please learn to make AfD nominations correctly; follow all the three steps as mentioned in Template:AfD in 3 steps, before making your next AfD nomination.

I notice that you have been reminded by other editors to complete AfD nominations properly. While we can put up with a couple of incomplete nominations evety now and then, repeated incomplete nominations might be seen as disruptive and if you don't offer any deletion reason, the article is likely to be speedy kept. Deletion process

There are a few things to note about the deletion process:

  • It's not enough to say "Non-notable" when you nominate an article. Please give a policy, guideline, or line of reasoning such as WP:BIO or WP:SOFTWARE
  • You don't have to mention you want it deleted. This is given since you are nominating it for deletion- otherwise, the process really starts to look like a vote. --Wafulz 01:56, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

Problem with AFD

When I did afd for this:[3]. It didn't work. I clearly posted it the right away, double checked it... when I posted it on the AFD page for today, it didn't show up. All that showed up was my delete comment, along with someone else's. RobJ1981 23:13, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

  • Just a moment, Rob. I'm checking it out and will be right back with you. Teke 23:20, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

Jeff Hardy

K, explain this now. Jeff STILL is not on the WWE.com RAW roster, while Hardcore Holly and Matt Striker were added to ECW. Killswitch

List of GameCube games

Thanks for reverting my edit. I had seen that game listed in the GameCube section at GameFAQs, but then I checked the official site and there is no reference to the GC. It seems it will be released for the Wii instead. Mushroom (Talk) 23:03, 25 August 2006 (UTC)

Marking items for deletion

is not a minor edit. In addition, you must use an edit summary. Dan100 (Talk) 08:56, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

Vic Grimes

I just can't get through to user JB196. He continues to revert the article, reducing its quality claiming that he is not credited as "The Author" in the article itself. The issue is being brought up here [4] help would be greatly appreciated. -- bulletproof 3:16 03:24, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
