- You didn't put a block notice, you put a sockpuppet discussion notice. There is already a block notice on that user's page. And you signed your comment with another user's signature (and removed the sinebot notice which indicated to the casual reader that you'd done so) which is pretty frowned upon. Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Pakistan and weapons of mass destruction.
