i would like to respond to AnonNep's thanks to me but, although i have gotten facile with editing, i have no idea about "talk" or user pages, as you can see from mine. i visited AnonNep's page but could not figure out how to send a You are welcome" back to AnonNep. sorry for bother thanks.

All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Source for your attribution in The Panther (poem) edit
I saw that in 2015, you added an attribution "English translation by Stanley Appelbaum" to the first translation of The Panther (poem). I happen to have Selected Poems by Rainer Maria Rilke, Edited and Translated by Stanley Appelbaum, Dover 2011, in front of me and the translation therein is completely different from the one on Wikipedia. Are you sure this is a translation by Appelbaum, or do you perhaps remember which source convinced you at the time to add the attribution? The translation was first added in 2013 by an unnamed IP (which I currently suspect might be the true creator of this in my opinion superb translation?). Sorry if this is too long ago.
