Borrowed a leaf from your book

edit

I've borrowed a tactic of yours that you used to settle matters in the Timeline article on the Tireless episode. I've simply eliminated all the text subject to neutrality concerns and it has to be noted that the article is no worse for it. I do hope you will support this. Regards, Wee Curry Monster talk 01:33, 13 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

I am disappointed at your response, see [1] for the inspiration and particularly the sentiments behind it. Was this not a better place to start to build from? Wee Curry Monster talk 13:57, 13 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Moving forward on Gibraltar

edit

I make a proposal for a process and conditions to move forward. You are invited to share your thoughts and participate in the discussion. Cheers! --Vassyana (talk) 19:55, 15 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Mediation Cabal case

edit

You have been named as a party in a case before the Mediation Cabal. Please indicate there whether you accept the process of mediation. All parties must agree for the process to move forward. Best regards, Lord Roem (talk) 05:06, 16 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Suggestion

edit

[2] May I suggest in mind of Talk:Gibraltar#Warning that you reconsider your comments. Wee Curry Monster talk 22:32, 17 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

[3] your opening statement includes two past quotes from User:Gibnews [4], [5] who is currently topic banned and unable to defend himself. I also consider it unhelpful to continually refer to past bad tempered discussions and have repeatedly asked you to stop doing so. I suggest that referring to past conduct is hardly helpful or relevant in mediation [6],[7] which should be focused on content. May I suggest you redact that part of your statement that is referring to past user conduct. Wee Curry Monster talk 13:16, 18 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

It's actually meant to illustrate the strength of feelings about the issue, for which it seems quite appropriate. As you say it's not about the conduct of a current party to the discussion. Richard Keatinge (talk) 16:36, 18 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
No it can all too easily be taken to imply that motivation in those involved in the mediation case and to imply bad faith as a result. Again I am asking for the fourth and final time for you to redact them. Wee Curry Monster talk 20:19, 18 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
Sorry to refuse, but thanks for the opportunity to make clear that I mean absolutely no implication of bad faith and have been careful to avoid any quotations from those presently involved. The diffs are, I think, quite good at showing the strength of feelings involved. Richard Keatinge (talk) 23:01, 18 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
