Talk: 2012 Toronto FC season

I saw that you edited the MLS template understanding that TFC was eliminated prior to the 12th and a bad faith editor overrode your edit. The discussion at Talk: 2012 Toronto FC season may interest you. I'd be interested your feedback. In particular, do you think there's a distinction between officially eliminated and mathematically eliminated. Two editors appear to believe there is, and I am somewhat confused about it.
