Speedy deletion nomination of Zamig Huseynov

edit

A tag has been placed on Zamig Huseynov requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.   Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. Porturology (talk) 12:27, 10 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

In order to unblock your account, we need more information. Could you post the exact message you get when you attempt to edit a page other than this one? Thanks. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 17:58, 6 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

When I try to edit an article I get this message: http://oi42.tinypic.com/24v8tx0.jpg

I have made a request at Wikipedia:WikiProject on open proxies for further investigation. Please be patient while this is worked out. --Jayron32 20:21, 6 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
I've sent a request to the admin that blocked this IP range to inquire further. --WGFinley (talk) 23:38, 6 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

IP block exempt

edit

I have granted your account an exemption from IP blocking. This will allow you to edit through full blocks affecting your IP address when you are logged in.

Please read the page Wikipedia:IP block exemption carefully, especially the section on IP block exemption conditions.

Note in particular that you are not permitted to use this newly-granted right to edit Wikipedia via anonymous proxies, or disruptively. If you do, or there is a serious concern of abuse, then the right may be removed by any administrator.

Appropriate usage and compliance with the policy may be checked periodically, due to the nature of block exemption, and block exemption will be removed when no longer needed (for example, when the block it is related to expires).

I hope this will enhance your editing, and allow you to edit successfully and without disruption. --WGFinley (talk) 00:31, 7 December 2011 (UTC)Reply
