Proposed deletion of Nagging

edit

The article Nagging has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Dictionary definition already adequately covered in wiktionary. Basically, just juvenile humour - see Talk page. Fails WP:NOT#DICTIONARY

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. andy (talk) 16:41, 14 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

  • Just to make it clear: I've reverted your edits to Snipe and Painted snipe because (a) they introduced factual inaccuracies, (b) they were intended to provide links to Nagging which is at AfD and (c) you stated your intention at Talk:Nagging of making disruptive edits to these pages. I'm now going to make a third and final reversion and give you a final warning for vandalism. After that you'll be blocked from editing wikipedia. andy (talk) 17:31, 14 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Dear Andy

I can hand this to an arbitrator, or go find a "goofy" wiki site and save you the angina. I KNOW that stuff like sarcasm doesn't come through readily via the printed page. i also know that snipe should have explained that all, and that by "including" it in the painted snipe page I kinda, sorta protected it, ipso facto.

i've had great fun and don't wish to cause you more grief. If you wish, I shall create a nagging snipe page and be done with it. frankly, it's not a bad idear, if I do say so myself. Not knee-slapper funny, but ok,i suppose.

Apologies! I'm actually CRACKING UP over it all, which can be considered intellectual cruelty. I feel shame. 2 minutes in the box.
