Wrangell–St. Elias National Park and Preserve edit

Can you please double check the references here to make sure everything is where you wanted it? Thanks :)  -- WikHead (talk) 00:01, 7 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hey Richard! Very sorry if I got in your way. I have no particular interest in the article, just an interest in fixing reported errors (i.e. the red text that appears when markup gets balled up). I'll leave you be to do what you're doing, and check back in a few hours time to make sure the markup is in order. Happy editing! :)  -- WikHead (talk) 00:16, 7 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
It seems we are both typing messages to each other at the same time ;). As I mentioned above however, my edits have been strictly related to markup errors and not the actual written content of the article. If you browse back through the revision history you'll see that you left errors on the page that I resolved twice. Things did seem a bit confusing on my second last edit though, and that's why I posted here... just to make sure that all references were correctly merged and exactly where they were supposed to be. If you are planning any major edits, the {{inuse}} template might come in handy. Good luck!  -- WikHead (talk) 00:29, 7 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
I often run into templates (or other markup) of different languages that has been added to Wikipedia's English version, and I know it can sometimes be a bit tricky to translate. I'll check back in a few hours, after I know you are finished, to make sure all the markup is in order. Have fun! :)  -- WikHead (talk) 00:41, 7 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Do you know what a RFC is?-Serialjoepsycho- (talk) 07:28, 25 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
At this point it would probably be better if you opened an RFC. You of course do not have to but I would recommend it. Get a consensus and move on. Do try to be brief and do neutral if you choose to open an RFC. -Serialjoepsycho- (talk) 07:34, 25 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
See, this is my problem. He does the deletions, and the work falls on me. It seems really weird. Point me in the right direction, if you would be so kind.RangerRichard (talk) 07:38, 25 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
Sometimes that's the way it is. But if you do this and get a consensus you are probably not going to need to do anything else. You can find the instructions at wp:rfc. On the question that you ask be neutral and be as brief as possible.-Serialjoepsycho- (talk) 08:22, 25 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. I apologize if this message is not in your language. Please help translate it.

From February 21 to March 6 we organise the 2nd edition of Catalan Culture Challenge, a Wikipedia editing contest in which victory will go to those who start or improve the greatest number of articles about 11 key figures of Catalan culture. You can take part by creating or expanding articles on these people in your native language (or any other one you speak). It would be lovely to have you on board again. :-)

We look forward to seeing you!
