October 2010 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Hishmi Jamil Husain. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. You need to visit Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hishmi Jamil Husain‎ if you disagree with my nomination to delete the article, rather than removing the template. Smartse (talk) 17:05, 26 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Hishmi Jamil Husain. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Thank you. The tag is there to draw people's attention to the discussion. It will be discussed for a week and then an administrator will decide whether the consensus is to keep or delete the article. As I explained in my nomination, the article currently does not show how the requirements for the notability of people and more specifically those for academics has been met. If you wish for the article to be kept, then you need to demonstrate how these guidelines are met, rather than just removing the template. Smartse (talk) 10:17, 27 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove Articles for deletion notices or comments from articles and Articles for deletion pages, you may be blocked from editing. Smartse (talk) 11:11, 27 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Sockpuppet investigation edit

I suspect you of using multiple accounts against our policies, and have opened an investigation at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Hishmi where you are welcome to comment. Smartse (talk) 14:37, 27 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
