Speedy deletion nomination of Valuation of suits in indian law

- I have declined the speedy-deletion nomination on these two articles, because I do not think the reason cited is applicable; but I have proposed them for deletion (formal notices below) because I do not think they are suitable material for an encyclopedia. Specifically, one of Wikipedia's content policies is that it publishes WP:No original research, and original research is defined to include synthesis, or "combining material from multiple sources to reach or imply a conclusion not explicitly stated by any of the sources." This material is suitable, perhaps, for a legal textbook, but not for Wikipedia. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 14:37, 5 December 2010 (UTC)
