Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. I apologise for the delay in replying: I have been on holiday without an internet connection.
With regard to your user page, the content you had there was not appropriate for a Wikipedia user page, see WP:NOTWEBHOST:
"Wikipedians have their own user pages, but they should be used primarily to present information relevant to working on the encyclopedia. Limited biographical information is allowed, but user pages should not function as personal webpages or be repositories for large amounts of material that is irrelevant to collaborating on Wikipedia. If you are looking to make a personal webpage or blog or to post your résumé, please make use of one of the many free providers on the Internet or any hosting included with your Internet account."
As the page states that it is a draft for an encyclopedia article, I have moved it to the appropriate place for a draft at User:RAYOLIVERESQ/Raymond A. Oliver, but I have to say that I think it is unlikely that it will be accepted. Wikipedia is not a place for people to write about themselves: before putting more effort into it, please read Wikipedia:Autobiography, particularly the section "Creating an article about yourself".
As I explained in this conversation a few years ago, your page about Leslie Kenton is now at User:RAYOLIVERESQ/Leslie Kenton.
If you wish to submit either of these pages, when it is ready you should click the blue "Submit" button, which will send the article for review by an experienced user, who will either accept it or give you feedback.
Wikipedia's inclusion criterion is called Wikipedia:Notability and is not a matter of saying so but has to be demonstrated by references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Youtube, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything, and unpublished sources; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about? See a;so WP:Notability (summary) and WP:Notability (people).
