I am very sorry. I thought I was being helpful welcoming new editors to Wikipedia, but I realise I may have broken Wikipedia's rules. I would kindly ask for another chance, as I have some exciting ideas for articles. If unblocked, I would like to know what actions I can take to build an encyclopedia. Decline reason:

It's very concerning that you thought that it was helpful to call a user a jerk and told another that they suffered from delusions of grandeur. You also falsely claimed that you work for Wikipedia(which suggests to me at least that you are employed by the Wikimedia Foundation); we are all volunteers here, not employees. Please read WP:NPA and WP:CIVIL. I'm not comfortable unblocking you without more assurance that you understand what you did was wrong and how exactly you will contribute to this encyclopedia(if you want to write articles, please tell about what).
