Welcome

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent edits, such as the ones to the page Music Binds All, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the "sandbox" rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a new contributor's help page, or you can write {{helpme}} below this message along with a question and someone will be along to answer it shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! David1217 (talk) 14:59, 12 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi, David1217 I am not here to create vandalism neither do I have an inappropriate username. the page Music Binds All,talks about the Film I have directed. I just wanted to add the official Poster to this page and Film info box like other standard film page at Wikipedia. you can say that I don't have enough experience with editing Wikipedia pages.I am not comfortable with HTML editing/scripting. If you want I can send you the poster image and you can add it in the page "Music Binds All"

Thanks& Regards, Pushpendra Prakash Sagar

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you.
Oh it is rather simple, since your account is simply too new and thus you aren't allowed, you can request an upload at WP:FFU. Regards, mabdul 12:01, 13 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
I was just checking around, and since I saw that you had added two example images (which aren't supposed to be in articles), I thought you were vandalizing. I don't recall having said anything about you username; I think it's fine. To get more comfortable with "wiki-coding", I suggest you see the tutorial or the cheatsheet. If you want to upload a film poster, you must be autoconfirmed (have 10 edits and 4 days on Wikipedia) or you can request to be confirmed at requests for permissions. Please see our non-free content guideline on how you can use copyrighted images (like your film poster) on Wikipedia; if done incorrectly, your poster will be deleted. Whew, that was a lot! Happy editing! David1217 (talk) 15:55, 13 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
