I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Again, welcome!  -- Perfecto 05:09, 9 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Signing talk-page postings

edit

I noticed in your Talk:Dead Like Me posting that you are apparently manually creating your signature and timestamp. This is not only unnecessary but confuses readers, as they don't know what time zone you're in and so don't really know when you posted your comment. It is also quite error-prone (which I know from personal experience!).

Please follow Perfecto's advice above and use four tildes (~~~~) to sign your talk-page postings. When you Preview or Save your edit, these tildes will be automatically converted to your linked user name and a UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) timestamp that leaves no doubt as to when you posted your comment. If you have any questions about this or other Wikipedia matters, feel free to post a note on my talk page. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 05:53, 10 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hello

I noticed that you created a stub for Iona Catholic Secondary School. Just wondering, do you go there? I think you can guess why I'm asking :D--Shanel 20:39, 3 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes, Grade 12 as well. I guess it's pretty easy to figure out who I am, since this is my actual first name.--Shanel 20:39, 4 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Hehe, see you around then.--Shanel 21:17, 4 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Blood and Ice Cream

A tag has been placed on Blood and Ice Cream, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself.

If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Basketball110 what famous people say02:31, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello 2

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. Basketball110 what famous people say02:35, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Could you explain the page to me? It seemed just nonsense about Hot Fuzz. Basketball110 what famous people say02:35, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
Why not just redirect it to a page that give links to all three movies? Basketball110 what famous people say02:44, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
See below. It could have also been tagged for context. What you need to do is prove it, next time (see Template:cite web). First create it at User:Pinkfloydfan/Blood and Ice Cream. Once you are done, call me to look at it. Basketball110 what famous people say02:50, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Blood and Ice Cream

edit

A tag has been placed on Blood and Ice Cream, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 02:48, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
