That is different - in PS or GIMP you are creating images from scratch or deriving images from sources which you must attribute and license to accordingly. On the site you specify, you are creating a derivative of the parts available to you, which is not the same. — neuro(talk) 22:05, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
I thought I should add, the issue here is not that it is a derivative, but that it is a derivative of data which is not GFDL licensed. — neuro(talk) 22:08, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
