Please excuse my colleague's rather terse explanation. Hundreds of inappropriate pages are deleted from Wikipedia every day and we have limited time and resources to expend specifically addressing each user who creates such a page. The link he provided does however explain why this page was deleted. Before something is ready to have its own Wikipedia page someone else must have reported on it, and that someone needs to be what we consider a reliable source. Kids make up all sorts of games, they come and go very quickly. If this is something that a few kids in your neighborhood are playing it is unlikely it reaches the level of notability required for an entry here. If, on the other hand you are able to find multiple reliable sources that provide in-depth coverage of this sport it could qualify. New sports such as oozeball have been noticed by major publications such as Sports Illustrated enough to be included here, so it is not impossible. At the moment the article is protected from being recreated as it has already been deleted three times. If you wish to try again I suggest you create a user subpage draft by clicking here. When it is ready you will need myself or another administrator to evaluate it and make sure it meets our minimum standards for inclusion. There are also other websites that are happy to host various types of content not suited for Wikipedia. Click here to see a partial list of those. Thanks. Speedy deletion nomination of Neanderthal ball

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Neanderthal ball, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
