editI'm an admin who works frequently with academic articles, and it is very rare that we consider a research centre that is within or essentially within a single academic department or faculty to be notable . The principal investigators here seem to be all members of the Dept. of Medical Genetics, which is only one part of the Faculty of Medicine, so the likelihood of an article would very slim. It would be necessary to show that the centre as a organization, as distinct from the individuals comprising it, was world-famous--not just important, but famous-- as demonstrated from third-party sources. Since this is a centre where only three of the members are full professors at the university, I doubt we will think it quite has this stature, but if you have the references, you can certainly give it a try.
On the other hand, we expect only the status of an authority in one's field for an article on individual researchers. Holding a Canadian research chair at tier I is considered to be proof, as is holding a named professorship at a major university like UBC. Three of your people would seem to qualify, possibly more. But do not copy from their web pages -- first it's a copyright violation, but, even if you give us permission according to WP:DCM, the tone will not be encyclopedic and the material will not be suitable. Include only the material that would be of interest to a general reader coming across the mention of the organization and wanting the sort of information that would be found in an encyclopedia. Do not include material that would be of interest only to colleagues or prospective colleagues--that sort of content is considered promotional. editWe have re-written the article to make it as objective as possible. We also added more third party sources to demonstrate the significance of CMMT. What is the guideline for reposting this article?
