Proposed deletion of Michele Bowie

edit

The article Michele Bowie has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Although a courageous story, it appear this is notability per a single event article.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ttonyb (talk) 07:06, 18 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of Michele Bowie for deletion

edit

A discussion has begun about whether the article Michele Bowie, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Michele Bowie until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. ttonyb (talk) 15:38, 18 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

--Pci world (talk) 15:37, 1 November 2010 (UTC)The term "you" in a legal sense would mean that "I" created the article. That would be incorrect. Though I did contribute, Shivawn Aspen is the author of this article. She is employed with Omega Publishing Corp. In any case, it is interesting to me what you define as secondary sources since I find none more credible than those that are linked to our judicial system and inked by clerks/Judges and stamped by them as well. That's just my opinion.Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Michele Bowie, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please refrain from making unconstructive contributions to Wikipedia, as you did with your recent edit to Michele Bowie. This edit appeared to be vandalism, and has been automatically reverted by DASHBot.

  • If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • DASHBot produces few false positives, but they do happen. If you believe the bot has reverted your edit wrongly, it is helpful if you report the error so the bot does not make the same mistake again. Please:

Thanks, DASHBot Anti-Vandalism (talk) 00:15, 19 October 2010 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Michele Bowie, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop adding redlink cats to the article. In addition, the merge you suggest is not an appropriate merge and I have removed it. Wikipedia is not for personal experiences, it is an encyclopedia. Perhaps a personal page would be a better place to put your experiences. ttonyb (talk) 01:03, 19 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Abusing multiple accounts: Accts for Shiasp101, Ari4eva, pci_world, & ltd1959 are linked to the same linksys network but have different computers thus their accounts are coming up under the same IP address. They have different Cell Phones, SSN#, Office Telephones and can be reached individually.

Decline reason: You have been blocked directly as stated in your block log. Since you have not provided a reason for being unblocked, your request has been declined. See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Pci world/Archive. Note that since the other three accounts were created only to contribute at WP:Articles for deletion/Michele Bowie, whether they are different people is immaterial: under the WP:Sockpuppetry policy,

Meatpuppetry is the use of editors as proxies to sway consensus... the recruitment of new editors for this purpose is prohibited. A new user who engages in the same behavior as another user in the same context, and who appears to be editing Wikipedia solely for that purpose, may be subject to the remedies applied to the user whose behavior they are joining... the Arbitration Committee has decided that when there is uncertainty whether a party is one user with sock puppets, or several users acting as meatpuppets, they may be treated as a single user.
