Seattle reign and Seattle Reign edit

Dear Patzer42, hello! Welcome to Wikipedia! I realize there are probably a whole lot of things about Wikipedia that you may not be familiar with (even though you've been a member for quite a while), including how to properly move pages. So, with that in mind, I'd like to have you review a couple things, as I noticed that you created the above pages. The first page, was, as you realized, not properly capitalized, so you blanked it and cut/pasted the info to the new page. Cut and paste moves are not ideal, so I'd like you to review that page, and the How to rename a page (move) guideline as well. I did redirect the first page that you blanked, so it leads to the correct page name, but I request that you submit the two pages in question to the Holding Pen so that an administrator can properly move the page, thus keeping the edit history intact. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me on my talk page! Thanks, ArielGold 09:20, 17 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Dear Patzer42, as I notice that you have not reported your copy/paste move, I have done so. Please review the items I listed so you understand how to properly move pages. Thanks! ArielGold 09:54, 18 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image edit

Do you have the image name you wanted in it? Also, the reason it won't show up, is probably that you're not using an infobox template, in this case, you'd want the sports league team infobox:

{{Infobox Sports team
| team =
| color1 =
| color2 =
| logo =
| pixels =
| founded =
| league =
| history =
| arena =
| ballpark =
| stadium =
| city =
| colors =
| owner =
| president =
| coach =
| manager =
| championships =
| titles =
| cheerleaders =
| dancers =
| mascot =
| broadcasters =
| media =
}}

Using that, you simply enter in all the info, and it transcludes onto the page from the template. Much easier than trying to create the tables yourself, hee hee. There are a ton of Infoboxes out there, take a peek! ArielGold 10:28, 18 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Okay, I updated the infobox, but I see no image anywhere in your edits of either of the pages, so I'd need the full name of the image you uploaded for the team. I searched and could find nothing, so I probably don't know what name it is. Just holler at me what you named the file and I'll add it. ArielGold 10:39, 18 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:SeattleReign.gif edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:SeattleReign.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Orphaned non-free media (Image:NEBlizzard.GIF) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:NEBlizzard.GIF. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 05:00, 25 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Anthony Veiller edit

The article Anthony Veiller has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Disambiguation link notification edit

Hi. When you recently edited Poland A and B, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Republican Party (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
