This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Internet Journal of Interventional Medicine, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.ispub.com/journal/the_internet_journal_of_interventional_medicine/editors.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Speedy deletion nomination of Internet Journal of Interventional Medicine

edit

A tag has been placed on Internet Journal of Interventional Medicine, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Speedy deletion nomination of Internet Journal of Interventional Medicine

edit

A tag has been placed on Internet Journal of Interventional Medicine requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Internet Journal of Interventional Medicine, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Tyrol5 [Talk] 20:48, 15 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Status and Advice

edit

As reviewing administrator, I changed this to proposed deletion, as it does not fall with the speedy criteria, but the article is unsustainable-- a new journal of this sort cannot possibly be notable. I have listed it for Proposed deletion--you are permitted to remove the tag, but if you do , it shall immediately be sent for a definitive community decision at WP:AFD, and , based on my experience, it will certainly be deleted & I do not see how that sort of publicity will do you any good. In general, subjects need references providing substantial coverage from 3rd party independent published reliable sources, print or online, but not blogs or press releases, or material derived from press releases. For journals, we usually want references showing sufficient prominence to be included in JCR. If you realize that the article cannot meet our standards, you can facilitate matters by placing at the top a line reading db-author I do wish you the best of success with the journal, but you can't put an article here in the hope to promote it; we're an encyclopedia DGG ( talk ) 21:33, 15 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
