Again you are resorting to to vandalism of another user's edition. Without logging in you have reverted the previous signed in users editions in this case you have touched the elevation. Why? Do not touch the sourced elevation of the city and there is already a big picture of a slum at the top of the page. Another picture is superflous. You are obsessed in advertising this one particular photo of a slum which you have downloaded from your Wikimedia Commons from flickr. Any unconstructive revert you do shall be automatically reverted.
