I afraid I can't answer your question, hence I did nothing more than move it. The place to pursue questions is apparently through Wikipedia:Where to ask a question. From that you could either try Wikipedia:Computer help desk or Wikipedia:Help desk - good luck with it.
By the way the page at Help:Starting a new page is in fact a copy of the master help page at Meta. It has a note stating: "Do not edit this page. Edits will be lost in the next update from the master page. See the footer for further information on editing the help." So your edit will be lost unless someone else picks it up and transfers it.
