As I'm not an admin, I cannot view the article so I have no opinion on the merits of keeping or deleting. As an alternative, you could request the article be moved into "Draft" space per WP:ATD-I -- the expectation would then be that you (or other interested editors) find sufficient sources to justify the restoration of the article in the main Wikipedia space. The article Toukon Retsuden (TV series) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
not notable; possibly COI; old (2005) VfD discussion shows delete decision, but apparently this was never deleted?
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
