Firstly, I don't understand how an account can evade a block. Please explain this in your return comment. Secondly, I would like to clearly abandon this account and start one, and only one account. I understand that I didn't really do anything on pages to get blocked, but I still have gotten blocked.

How an account can evade a block? Simple: an editor has an account which is blocked, and he or she uses a different account to edit, to avoid being stopped by the block. You didn't really do anything on pages to get blocked? Well, if you honestly don't see that the disruptive editing you did from various accounts constituted a good reason for a block, then you have so little understanding that you lack the competence to edit Wikipedia, so you had better stay blocked. The only reason I ask is that my school is under a school block right now, and I can't get a clean start. I seriously don't understand what I did, but I will accept the fact that I did use another account.
