I have looked at the extra sources you listed, but I am afraid they do not help much. They show that Mr La is a good man to come to if you are a business journalist who wants a quote to fill out an article, which is something, but not a lot. What is really needed is something substantial about him, by an independent source - see WP:Golden rule.

As this is being written on behalf of Mr La, it is in effect autobiography, and you should read WP:YOURSELF.

If you want to try again, I will undelete the draft, and you can update it and submit it to see what a reviewer thinks; even if accepted at the review stage, since it was at AfD before it would probably have to be relisted at WP:Articles for deletion for a community view.
